Howard Meguro sold our home and my mother’s home and adjacent lot. We listed all three properties with him in August of 2023. My mother’s home and 5 acres went active first and she had 6 offers in 6 days. Her adjacent lot of 6.8 acres sold in 2 days. Our home with 6.7 acres had an equestrian arena and tack room, which narrowed the population of potential buyers. We had an offer early on but couldn’t work out an agreed price with them. It took quite a lot longer to sell our property. Howard was very informative and guided us as we had hoped for, through all the negotiations. He also checked in regularly when we had a lapse of time without a showing. He returned calls and answered questions without delay. He listened to our ideas and edits on verbiage, photo placements, and placed additional advertising on a horse properties site when we requested. Howard Meguro is very ethical, professional and kind. Howard deserves a five star rating as he greatly facilitated our job-related relocation to Hawaii with good advice, information and experience. Once again, Mr. Howard Meguro has come to my rescue! I recently got into a jam and had to sell my home as quickly as possible, and Howard was able to close the deal within three months of listing the home on the challenging market. God Bless you Sir! I recommend Howard 100% with no reservations! As first-time buyers, my wife and I had a ton of questions for him as he guided us through the process of purchasing our first property on the Big Island. Howard was patient, quick to respond, thorough, and always professional. We definitely felt he gave us solid advice, and went 'above and beyond' in responding to our many questions. To top it off, he's also a nice down-to-earth guy. We were lucky to work with him.

Howard was very helpful throughout the entire experience. He was very responsive (one of the reasons we decided to choose him) and did not hesitate to answer ALL of our never ending questions and clarifications. We were purchasing from the mainland and he went above and beyond to be our eyes and ears when we were unable to have boots on the ground and was very knowledgeable about everything Big Island specific. I would highly recommend Howard.

Howard made the unexpected happen! His experience and Big Island knowledge is much appreciated. We are moving from the mainland to Hilo to be close to family. He listened to our concerns and guided us to our beautiful home in Hilo. He graciously offered to video the home inspection and the final walk through for us. We are so fortunate to work with Howard to sell our property! Howard walked us through the process and always responded quickly to our questions. He captured beautiful photographs and video for the listing that showed the property well and quickly attracted the perfect buyer for our as-is property. Trusting his expertise on the real estate market, Howard established the listing price and our family was extremely satisfied with the sale. There was a hiccup during escrow that Howard resolved quickly and enabled us to stay on track with our closing date. I highly recommend Howard for his knowledge, professionalism and attentive service.

Mr. Howard Meguro is an ANGEL sent from the Heavens! He made this entire process feel very welcoming for me.
